TERMS & CONDITIONS

 DRAINAGE SYSTEM

  • You must not introduce any foreign items into the drainage system including cloths, babies nappies, sanitary towels, condoms, cooking fat, engine oil, grease or paint.

TENTS

  • You must not erect any tents in the park.

TREES & SHRUBS

  • You must not cut any trees or hedges at the park.

DIGGING

  • You must not dig any holes at the park.

REFUSE

  • You must not deposit refuse outside the chalet. Use the refuse bins provided for household rubbish only and not furniture, carpets and electrical goods etc.

VEHICLES, DRIVING & PARKING

  • You must insure all vehicles you use on the park as for use on the public road.
  • You must insure all accessories and items towed by vehicles as for use on the public road.
  • You must not keep disused or unroadworthy vehicles anywhere on the park. We reserve the right to remove any vehicle which is apparently abandoned.
  • You must not carry out the following works or repairs on the park:

  1. Major vehicle repairs such as dismantling of part(s) of the engine.
  2. Works which involve the removal of oil or other fuels.

  • A recognised breakdown service may attend in the even of a breakdown.
  • Quad bikes, trial bikes and powered scooters are not permitted in the park.
  • You must not wash cars with a hose pipe.

DRIVING

  • We permit cars onto the park for the purposes of access to the chalet only. Accordingly, save to the extent that you may need to do so because of disability, you must not drive cars around the park for other purposes, such as visiting other locations on the park. We may ask for reasonable evidence of any disability relevant to this rule.
  • Driving on the park is restricted to the park roads.
  • You must drive all vehicles on the park carefully and within the displayed speed limit.
  • You must hold a full current driving licence to drive any vehicle on the park.
  • You are not permitted to give anyone driving lessons at the park  and we do not permit learner drivers to drive on the park.

PARKING

  • You must not park anywhere except in the permitted parking spaces.
  • You may not park more than 2 cars at the chalet.
  • Other than for delivering goods and services, you must not park or allow parking of commercial vehicles of any sort on the park, including:

  1. light commercial or light goods vehicles as described in the vehicle taxation legislation and
  2. vehicles intended for domestic use but derived from or adapted from such a commercial vehicle.

BEHAVIOUR

  • You should respect the privacy of other chalet users and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 0800 and 2300 with absolute quiet between 2300 and 0800. 
  • You must keep away from any vacant pitches.
  • You must finish any barbecues or party by 2300. 
  • You may only consume alcoholic drinks within the boundaries of your pitch or on the parks licensed premises.
  • You must not use a drone, powered model aircraft or any other powered flying object in the park.
  • You must not use any Chinese lanterns, fireworks or similar.
  • You may not ride bicycles, scooters (or similar) so as to cause a nuisance or undue noise.

PETS

  • Dogs are permitted (other than any of the breeds subject to the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991).
  • You must keep any dog on a short lead at all times in the park.
  • You must clean up if your animal defecates in the park.
  • Your dog/s need to not cause a nuisance, undue noise or disturbance.

RECREATION

  • You may only play ball and other games within the confines or your pitch and in the areas set aside for recreation.

MAIL

  • You may not use the park address for postal deliveries.

FIRE PRECAUTIONS

  • You may not use fire hoses for any improper purpose, such as, washing cars or boats.
  • You must not store fuels or combustible materials other than LPG containers on the park.

DEPOSIT

A £50 non refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking.The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks before your arrival date.
CANCELLATION

All cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel your holiday then your deposit will be forfeit.

Your booking will not be cancelled by the owner except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Notification will be given of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund all payments made for your holiday or we will re-book it for a different time.

AGE

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 18 years of age. CHECK IN / OUT

CHECK IN TIME is from 3pm on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 4pm please let us know so that other arrangements can be made for you to collect your keys.

CHECK OUT TIME is 10am on the day of departure. This allows the accommodation to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for incoming guests.

UPON CHECKOUT

Please make sure that all dirty dishes are washed, that all bins are emptied and the bags are deposited in to the nearest bin collection point.
KEYS

Keys are to be collected from reception on arrival and dropped back off at departure.
NO SMOKING

No vaping or smoking is permitted inside the premises.
PETS

Pets are welcome.

Please don’t let them on to the beds or sofa without using the supplied blankets (especially with mucky paws!).Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Please vacuum excess dog hair and use the supplied dog towels to dry down your dogs on entering the premises.
DAMAGES & BREAKAGES

Please treat the facilities and accommodation with due care so other guests may continue to enjoy them. If you notice something is missing or damaged in your accommodation, please let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate action. If there has been any damages or breakages during your stay, we would be grateful if you could report them promptly, especially before checkout.
CHILDREN

Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times. Never leave children without adult supervision.
PARKING

Please park your vehicles sensibly in the designated parking areas and not on the grass.
DISTURBANCE

Please respect the community and keep noise levels to a minimum between 11pm and 8am.Please do not put disposable barbecues on the grass.

No fireworks, Chinese lanterns etc are allowed on site.
COMPLAINTS

Any problem or complaint the guest may have concerning their holiday must be immediately reported to us and we will endeavour to put matters right. Any complaints not reported to us at the time and only reported after the client has returned from holiday will not be considered by the owners.
OTHER

Please don’t move furniture from one room to another.

Please lock the doors and close the windows when you leave the property unoccupied.

Please make sure you switch off lights, heating and any electrical appliances when you go out.

Please don’t take the bath towels to the beach – if you have requested them.

The client may in no circumstance re-let or sublet the property, even free of charge.

The owner shall not be liable for any temporary defect or malfunction of any equipment or appliance in the building or grounds.

No compensation will be given for any temporary outage of electricity, water, internet connection or television service.

The owners are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the guests.

All inventory of the property must remain in the property.

The owner reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason.

We or our representatives reserve the right to enter the property at any time to undertake maintenance or for inspection purposes.

We reserve the right to make reasonable amendments or additions to these terms and conditions without notice.

We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with the same respect that they would with their own house.
