When you make a booking through our website, on the phone or in person we will ask you to provide personal information, which includes the following:

• Your address
• Your email address
• Your phone number/s
• Your guests names (and ages if under 18)
• Car registration/s

We do not keep any financial details as we only accept payment via BACS payment. 

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We will only use your data for the following purposes:

• BOOKINGS: We will use your personal data to manage our contractual obligations to you when you book a holiday from us.
• To contact you regarding your holiday: We will use the contact information that you supplied upon booking your holiday to send you relevant information regarding your holiday. For example - booking confirmations, booking & payment information, payment reminders.

SHARED DATA

The third party we share your data with are:

• Golden Sands Holiday Park: Our chalet is on their site so it is necessary for us to share your reservation with them so that you can collect & drop off your keys on arrival & departure. This will include your name, address, phone number, registration details and how many guests there are in total.

As per the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), any personal data must not be kept any longer than it is necessary for the purpose for which the personal data is processed.
